    UNCASVILLE, Conn., Nov. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Mohegan Sun announced today
that Alan Jackson has been inducted into the "Mohegan Sun Walk of Fame."  In a
special induction ceremony held outside the Mohegan Sun Arena, Alan Jackson
said, "Thank you to the fans who supported us through all the years.  It's
been great playing the Mohegan Sun Arena.  Before this venue, there weren't
too many places to play in the area.  It's been great coming back here over
the years."

    Alan Jackson brings the What I Do tour to the Mohegan Sun Arena on
November 10th and 11th, marking his fifth and sixth appearances at Mohegan
Sun.  The award-winning superstar who has over 30 #1 hit singles to his credit
has proven to be one of Mohegan Sun's most powerful attractions, bringing in
more than 30,000 fans since first appearing at the casino in May of 2002.
    The November concert dates at Mohegan Sun come in advance of the Country
Music Association awards on Tuesday, November 15th.  Jackson is nominated for
both Male Vocalist of the Year and Entertainer of the Year.  The winner of the
Entertainer of the Year award on three occasions, he is also the most
nominated artist in CMA history.  The CMA awards will be broadcast live from
Madison Square Garden on CBS from 8 to 11pm EST.
    Over the past eight years, Mohegan Sun has grown to become the Northeast's
premier entertainment destination, and to recognize those individuals who have

the "Mohegan Sun Walk of Fame."  Tim McGraw was the first inductee in December

    All individuals inducted into the "Mohegan Sun Walk of Fame" will have
their name engraved in a plaque that will be permanently placed at the
entrance to the Mohegan Sun Arena.  They will also receive a crystal replica
to commemorate the occasion during a special induction ceremony held at
Mohegan Sun.
