Lee Ann Womack to join Alan Jackson in Tampa

Herald Staff Writer

Lee Ann Womack, the big winner at last night's Country Music Association Awards, has been added to the Alan Jackson concert scheduled for Dec. 3 at the Ford Amphitheatre in Tampa. The Wrights remain on the roster as the opening act.

Jackson was originally scheduled to perform at the Ford Amphitheatre with Sara Evans on Nov. 4. All tickets for that show will be honored.

Womack is touring in support of "There's More Where that Came From," which won the CMA album of the year Tuesday night, and which includes single of the year winner, "I May Hate Myself in the Morning," an emotional ballad that recalls the style of music that Nashville produced in the 1960s and '70s.

Tickets are $66.50, $49.50 for reserved seats and $31.50 for the festival lawn. For more information call (813) 287-8844 or go to http://www.ticketmaster.com/, http://www.cellardoor.com/ or http://www.fordamp.com/.
